Officially incorporated in Nigeria, MEF operates as a structured and transparent institution focused on delivering measurable impact through scholarships, mentorship, and professional development initiatives.

The MEF Scholarship was established as part of a broader initiative by the Mgbidi Education Foundation to address the growing financial challenges facing students in accessing higher education. What began as a community effort has evolved into a structured platform designed to manage scholarship applications, support donors, and track impact transparently. Through the ₦50 Million Scholarship Fund Initiative, MEF is building a sustainable system that will support hundreds of students, strengthen families, and contribute to long-term community development.
